How we work

Our head office is in the heart of London’s West End. Our national teams are based either in our London office, or choose hybrid or remote working. For those in or near London we ask the team to spend Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in the office and offer the flexibility to manage your own time on Wednesdays and Fridays.

For those of our team working remotely we come together as often as possible. We value our time together, with weekly & quarterly all company calls, an annual company summit, end-of-year party and annual Alighter’s Awards.
